Letter to Mr Brown the PM what do you think?
We need to see this stopped before one British job is cut by you or a new government.
Last year you agreed, Britain will spend £825m over the next three years in aid to India, a nuclear-armed power that sent a spacecraft to the moon last year, to lift "hundreds of millions of people" out of poverty, the international development secretary said today. A country that has stated it is going to build a nuclear submarine.
How on earth can you justify giving so much of our not your money in aid to such a country?
We must see cuts made to overseas aid or even stopped, it is wrong to give such large sums to other countries when people in this country are losing their jobs. And there may be benefit cuts?
We need to see the practice of giving child benefits to overseas workers when their child is not in this country and has never lived in this country.
Also we must stop migration to this country by those with little if any money and will go directly on to benefits that must stop.
We need to slow down people having more children just to claim more benefits there are far too many milking the system by having babies to get a council home and for more benefits.
Like our MP Colin Challen he has been given one of many jobs which are not real jobs as such and do nothing for the country I believe we have seen over 200 MPs with such jobs when they have been moved over for another MP who no longer has a seat or to allow an MP who is further up the party ladder to have their seat on this occasion it is ED Balls and I will not vote for him, however if Mr Challen had stayed in Morley I would again have voted for him.
You must stop making the public sector a escape goat these people are doing valuable work and you and the Conservatives feel it is OK to have the majority of the uniformed people of this country think they are overstaffed and doing nothing. I know for a fact most civil servants work hard and more often than not take work home to finish because they are understaffed and as is the case of my wife she has been doing two peoples job at a senior level for the past six months, starting work at 7am and often when arriving home continues thart work into the early hours in her time, then back to work at 7am. I feel the people of this country are getting far more out of the civil service that we do from our MPs.
We need to end the role of Police Community Support Officer they are not value for money and that money would be better spent moving these people on to be police officers who can perform a worthwhile job that does benefit the communities they work in. A PCSO can earn more than a PC with less than 5 years service how on earth can it be right for a PCSO with the same years of service to earn more than a that PC?
We need to see help to British industry, we make very little now in this country you have not even fought to keep call centers in the UK even BT when you ring you get India this is ethically wrong of you not to fight to keep jobs in the UK, the likes of India and South Africa are not part of the EU so we can give help to keep that work in the UK. British jobs for British workers.
I will end here however sir, you are fully aware of what I mean and all the other waste you allow this all needs cutting and you need to focus on this country and its people and you and the Conservative need to put your petty party politics behind you until this country is back on its feet you are screwing with people’s lives and you do not seem to care?
O D, I have sent a copy to Mr cameron and Clegg.
Kit, can you show me where we have got one penny back from the aid we have given. I will wait with baited breath.
If India can by WMD and increase this with a NUc sub and send up a space flight why do we need to give them any kind of aid?
Robert it is because people have your idea we get walked over it is time we stood up and be counted if I feel our government is wrong I tell them as I do the other parties they get a copy of the letter.
In truth we need to take to the streets to show we are all one country and that we stand together.
Mark B, the problem we face is the other lot are no better, it is a case of the best of a bad bunch.
Answer: This letter has certainly got my vote!
May I add one other point! Is it right that our children are taught by unqualified classroom assistants in the absence of a qualified teacher?
Is this none other than cut-price State education?

Me and my best friend fell out...Am I in the right?
Me and my best friend fell out, we are 15- female. It first of all started with her stating about how many problems she had, and I told her the how minor her problems are compared to what is happening to others to comfort her. We had a huge right and she threw a bin at me in school- and the whole school is taking sides. I wrote a blog that basically said this, and now the entire school is against me. Not even my boyfriend will stick up for me. This is my blog;
so basically, today i felt the need to write a blog about many things.
Firstly, as most of you well know, lately my grandfather has passed from this life into the next and this deeply effected me and my family. It really got me thinking about lots of things.
Right, of we go..
Girls of my age group are focused upon their appearence ans social status, which is understandable.
However, when someone becomes suicidal and depressed due to a few extra pounds I dont know if my reaction should be deeply worried or deeply horrified. I mean, isnt it sad that some people find it so hard to cope with such smalll things in life? boo fucking hoo.
I am image conscience aswell, but not to such a stupid extent. People are starving themselves, and yet in countries such as India, people spend hours hunting and eatting scattered food throughout junkyards?
Teenagers of this century so far, are very different from those of the last one. Our generation focus on all the shitty negative things in life, when realistically absolutely none of us have it that bad at all. I dont care if youre parents are fighting, babies are screaming and you have English homework because, look in places within the continent of Africa..
A child dies every three seconds from AIDS and extreme poverty, often before their fifth birthday.
More than 90 percent are suffering long-term malnourishment and micro-nutrient deficiency.
More than 50 percent of Africans suffer from water-related diseases such as cholera and infant diarrhea.
I read these kinds of facts and feel overcome with a great sadness. In the western world, all we complain about is how, were not pretty enough, we dont have the best of clothes, we hate school, we hate our parents. To be quite frank, us teenagers seem to hate most things. Were such retards -_-
But if you take 2 minutes to simply step back and look at these problems.. theyre not problems at all.
When a child dies every three seconds due to aids and poverty, that my dear friend IS a problem.
Think just how horrible their mother must feel, carrying a child for 9 months and then not being able to feed it, clothe it, or even bathe it? It ill die, and she is entirely powerless.
In Africa, the main sources of water are rivers that flow throughout slums and are full with lots of human waste and cause so much disease to these people who suffer enough already. This is what these people DRINK? :(
I look at some facts about suicide like the fact in the UK, for people aged 15-24, suicide is the second biggest cause of death.. and become so confused. Sensitive issue, yes I know. Committing suicide is NOT the answer. You have food in youre kitchen, you have heating throughout youre house, youre offered and education and yet you feel the need to give it all up. It shocks me, people in poverty stricken countries continue in life every single day despite how terrible their conditions are. Thats so inspiring. Teenagers speak of their problems but, youre not a 34 year old black woman who has several sick children she cant medicate, are you? Yeah, didnt think so.
at all condemning anyone who has committed, attempted or even thought of suicide. Im simply saying, step back and think. Youre life probably isnt perfect, no-ones is..
But it could be SOOOO much worse. :)
Self harming is another thing i never really understood. I feel for those who have gone through with it, I genuily do. but it is also not the answer. I mean there are people you can talk too. Problems in life are mostly temporary, so I guess we should all learn to cope. Shit happens. To all of us. :/ Lifes gonna through alot of crap at you, you gotta deal with it? i know did without damaging my body, so if i can do it.. you can do it too bitchaz!
Stop cutting. talk to someone. and do something good with youre life instead of feeling sorry for yourself!
Think about it, were the new generation, if we cant cope now, what in Gods name will the world be like when we must grow up?
I completely understand how people deal with things in different ways, and that I completely understand. Problems matter to that person, but all Im asking is that, you just think long & hard about what youre so upset over, you shouldnt feel guilty for being upset. We all need a good cry every now and then:)Im not saying you should feel guilty at all, but in a sense, be thankful for things that you hav
Answer: I can see that your just trying to help and I don't think your in the wrong at all when it comes to your intentions however.. I recently suffered depression due to minor things, I mean real minor but in my head they were huge, like so huge i would have panic attacks at just the mere thought of these things.
I got help from psychologist's and got landed with this one woman. She seemed nice enough but she was always like.."CMON pull yourself together be grateful you have limbs!" and yes, i understand i am lucky in ways. But when your suffering from depression or are sensitive about a certain thing having the whole IT COULD BE WORSE thing thrown at you, is really really annoying. And it also makes you feel WORSE like as if you should be guilty about other peoples misfortunes. I think you should apologise to her and say Im sorry I didn't mean anything in a bad way, I went about comforting to you in the wrong way.
Hope i helped x

..and my Hard Earned Tax cash goes to....?
Since there is so much division of thought in issues affecting some many different cultures and people in this country.
Would it not be wise to introduce a P.A.Y.E form option boxes to tick on where you would like a percentage of your HARD EARNED tax cash to go to.
ex:
[ ] tick as appropriate.
( ) makes sense.
[ ] E.U bailout
(why should I pay for Ireland,Greece or Portugal)
[ ] Company bail outs
(Taxed bailed-out Northern Rock gives (13million pounds in bonuses)
[ ] Foreign Aid
(India will continue to spend 15 million pounds on building rockets and the 221 millions in the construction of the Statue of Unity. Why? Because they know that the UK will pay for their needy and starving population)
[ ] Prison luxuries like state of the art gym Equipment
(No ! It does not compromise their humans rights act f.f.sake.)
[ ] Official government forms printed in 26 languages.
(It just shows how disrespectful people are to England and its customs)
[ ] Free legal translators
(As above)
[ ] tax free crisis loans for over 3 years unemployed persons.
(I have yet to see a case where the crisis loan is not spent on a short breaks or a plasma tv )
[ ]
the list is endless..
and that my friends is what our present government means by New Labours overspending on your cash. This government is no different. But think about it.
If none of the above boxes were ticked by thousands of us then the UK would have 15 Billion pounds more annually to spend on improving our society and you wouldnt have me like thousands moaning around.
^%$#@*^%$
Answer: Lol it was so kind of Alistair Darling to sign us up to the European bail outs two days before he left office, knowing that there was "no money left" in the words of one of his colleagues, this was typical of the spiteful regime of Gordon Brown who deliberately left scorched earth to make it difficult for the Tories!

Why does the UK send aid to India.?
The UK send about £300million in aid to India per annum. Yet India are building a space rocket and planning on sending a man into space at the cost of billions Why do we continue to give both India and China Aid.
Sheroque, I dont really have an issue with the aircraft carrier, as you say India is in a vulnerable place, but sending a man into space has nothing todo with defence nor can it be justified when India has so much absolute poverty.
Answer: Unlike UK which is totally secure by NATO alliance with the US and surrounded by mostly friendly European countries, India lies in an extremely unpredictable neighbourhood, surrounded by unstable countries that are hostile to its very existence and their instability can spill over to India.
China, Bangladesh, Tibet, Xinjiang, Pakistan, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Iran, Iraq and Middle-East, Afghanistan, Myanmar -none of these regions are peaceful. Pakistan has a flourishing industry where they print fake Indian currency and smuggle it over to India. China is inundating rural Indian markets with cheap, Made in China produce and laying claim to Indian territory in Arunachal Pradesh which they call South Tibet. China's nuclear missile range covers most of Indian cities. So does Pakistan's. If India didn't have its own nukes, we would be constantly bullied and blackmailed by such "nice" neighbours.
Countries like Bangladesh and Myanmar keep sending infiltrators and drug smugglers -a lot of hashish from Afghanistan also ends up here. The Taliban is trying to engage with Indian Islamic militants who try to destabilize the country from within. China is sponsoring Communist militias in Eastern and Central-East regions of India.
Clearly, India is the one whose spending on defence research/space technology is justified much more than UK. You can afford not to make an additional aircraft carrier -India can't. Throughout its recent history, India has never been hostile to any Western government.
Besides, India defence expenditure is only 2~3% of its GDP. Wouldn't you spend that much money out of your household income to keep your home safe from burglars?
Poverty in India is a problem because of endemic factors like rich-poor divide, lack of economic opportunities in many states and a caste system which is more of a social evil. No matter how much money is poured into India, poverty will never disappear. It's like a bottomless pit.
If UK is spending £300 million in aid to India per annum, I would say "Thank You" but it's still not enough -just a drop in the ocean. If some charitable philanthropists in the UK are doing their part in keeping some poor Indians alive -who are we to stop them.
---
Defence technology and space research are really inseparable -the technology used for guiding ICBM missiles can also be used for launching spaceship rockets. Besides, China has recently developed jammers which they can use to neutralize Indian satellites during a warfare. Those satellites are currently used in India for weather forecasts, Television channels, mining, soil study for agriculture and many other purposes.
The objective behind Moon research is that India has a real talent pool of engineers and scientists and you need to keep them motivated with exciting projects.
Besides, rocket development costs are very low in India -the rocket India sent to Moon cost only Rs.4 billion which is less than £60 million -that's really a very small amount of money when you consider the yield for such a project. In its maiden probe itself, the Indian rocket along with NASA collaboration was able to discover water on Moon. I think it's a phenomenal achievement and should be encouraged for the future benefit of humanity.
