Back in 2007 right after I turned 18 two girlfriends and I decided to play a game of Monopoly and the stakes where that the two girls who lost would have to perform amateur night at the local strip club. We even wrote up a contract and signed it and everything LOL. Anyway I ended up being the first loser (I landed on Park Place with three houses and it bankrupted me) so it was pretty clear what my fate was. A couple of weeks later the three of us went there with two male friends to do it. I was hoping my friend who won would join us anyway for moral support but she didnt sign up and just watched that night. There have to be three girls signed up to do it, so we waited until another girl signed up and then we knew for sure it was on. We went up to the DJ booth about ten times for instructions and then the moment of truth arrived. Because there were only three of us we were given extra time for our dances. The girl I didnt know went first, and then my friend, and then it was my turn. I didnt wear much in there to begin with, just my shirt, a white skirt, my bra and thong, and my sandals (it was summer). I couldnt wear the sandals on stage there so I went up barefoot. Anyway, I got my skirt and shirt off pretty quickly and was going around the poll, and then my bra and finally my thong. All the guys were cheering the whole time as I threw my clothes into the pile behind me. Like I said, we were all given extra time so I spent nearly ten minutes in my birthday suit. It felt like such a rush at the time to be looking out on audience of men, mostly young ones but with a few old guys, wearing absolutely nothing but my foundation on my face and eye shadow and a couple of bracelets around my wrists. Anyway, Ive been thinking about that night a lot over the last few months and Ive come to regret it. I just cannot believe I did it! Im still friends with everyone I went with, and the other girl who did it wouldnt take anything back. Im a little angry with them for coming up with the idea. I just dont know what to do. I cant undo it, so where should I go from here?

The goal for reconstruction was to give African Americans equal rights. Also to repair the nation after the grounds of the civil war had been destroyed. The other goal to reconstruction was to reunite like a country. The reconstruction period was a failure, because African Americans would have to wait until the 1960s to get full equality. They would have political equality but not social equality yet until the 1960’s. During reconstruction African Americans rights where expanded, now they are citizens and not slaves (doc a). The African Americans got paid to work now however even despite getting paid, they very often didnt have a lot of money. According to the 15th amendment everyone shall have the right to vote. No matter upon their race, color or if they where former slaves. (Doc a)The Republicans passed these amendments to get African American support. African Americans, military and republicans supported the amendments; they wanted equality and the right to vote. Justice Harlan on the losing side believed that the constitution should be color blind. (Doc c) The opposing side was white southern democrats and the KK Klan they didnt want to give them equal rights. They believed that legal equality wasnt the same as social equality. The southern states circumvented the new amendments by passing the Jim Crow laws /Black codes. The laws limited the rights of African Americans by having less job opportunities and less access to health care. Now instead of having free marriage, the blacks had their marriages limited. No white person couldnt marry a black person. The compromise of 1877 leads the military to leave, which caused the republicans to loss power. The southern politicians also restricted voting by putting poll taxes on voting and literacy tests. Plessey vs. Ferguson was the case that showed that blacks where separate, but equal. The KK Klan used violence to get there political ways. African Americans where being attacked by the Klan worse than when they were while they were slaves. They didnt have their slave owners to protect them because they were worth money. (Doc e) Reconstruction was to ensure African Americans had equal rights. It would be many years before the African Americans would get full equality. Eventually the African Americans got their rights by the civil rights movement in the 1960’s. Some involved people where the famous Martin Luther king and Rosa parks. Martin Luther King had his famous speech called “I Have a Dream”. Rosa Parks was on a Bus and the bus driver said the African Americans had to move to the back of the bus. Rosa Parks refused to give her seat up. Then she was taken off the bus and arrested, this was the start to end segregation.

When the admin made it, he and she, took us to a weird world where there are slides of trampolines, and you slide down polls with grips. : To: Subject: A lesson learned Breakfast at McDonalds This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting facts!): I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree. The last class I had to take was Sociology.. The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with. Her last project of the term was called, Smile. The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions. I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally. Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonalds one crisp March morning. It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son. We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then even my husband did. I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved. As I turned around I smelled a horrible dirty body smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men. As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was smiling. His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of Gods Light as he searched for acceptance. He said, Good day as he counted the few coins he had been clutching . The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation. I held my tears as I stood there with them. The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted. He said, Coffee is all Miss because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up , they had to buy something He just wanted to be warm). Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes. That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action.. I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray. I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentlemans cold hand. He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, Thank you. I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, I did not do this for you. God is here working through me to give you hope. I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope. We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give. We are not church goers, but we are believers. That day showed me the pure Light of Gods sweet love. I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand. I turned in my project and the instructor read it. Then she looked up at me and said, Can I share this? I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class. She began to read and that t is s when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed. In my own way I had touched the people at McDonalds, my son, instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student. I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn: UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE. Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS - NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE. There is an Angel sent to watch over you. In order for her to work, you must pass this on to the people you want watched over. Answer: My boyfriend and I have a habit of giving to people that need anyway. I could give more though. You are suppose to give 10% of you earnings to God in one way or another. ALOT of people can take a lesson from this though, and that is quite sad. People help when it comes to Katrina and stuff like that, and they definitely need the help, don't take that wrong, but people don't even want to help homeless people. Who said you had to give them money, give them food, give them a bath and give them clothes and pay for them to get a cab to get down so they can get a job. Some places will hire people with no work experience. This way you don't have to feel like you are "supporting" an alcohol or drug abuse problem.

I danced naked at amateur night and now I regret it. I need help dealing with this?

Back in 2007 right after I turned 18 two girlfriends and I decided to play a game of Monopoly and the stakes where that the two girls who lost would have to perform amateur night at the local strip club. We even wrote up a contract and signed it and everything LOL. Anyway I ended up being the first loser (I landed on Park Place with three houses and it bankrupted me) so it was pretty clear what my fate was. A couple of weeks later the three of us went there with two male friends to do it. I was hoping my friend who won would join us anyway for moral support but she didnt sign up and just watched that night. There have to be three girls signed up to do it, so we waited until another girl signed up and then we knew for sure it was on. We went up to the DJ booth about ten times for instructions and then the moment of truth arrived. Because there were only three of us we were given extra time for our dances. The girl I didnt know went first, and then my friend, and then it was my turn. I didnt wear much in there to begin with, just my shirt, a white skirt, my bra and thong, and my sandals (it was summer). I couldnt wear the sandals on stage there so I went up barefoot. Anyway, I got my skirt and shirt off pretty quickly and was going around the poll, and then my bra and finally my thong. All the guys were cheering the whole time as I threw my clothes into the pile behind me. Like I said, we were all given extra time so I spent nearly ten minutes in my birthday suit. It felt like such a rush at the time to be looking out on audience of men, mostly young ones but with a few old guys, wearing absolutely nothing but my foundation on my face and eye shadow and a couple of bracelets around my wrists. Anyway, Ive been thinking about that night a lot over the last few months and Ive come to regret it. I just cannot believe I did it! Im still friends with everyone I went with, and the other girl who did it wouldnt take anything back. Im a little angry with them for coming up with the idea. I just dont know what to do. I cant undo it, so where should I go from here?
Answer: You agreed to the terms, so get over it. You obviously had no issue with it then, so you shouldn't now. Besides, they just saw you naked. It's not like you were forced to sleep with any of the grimy men there.

(I know i have more times than one) When you have to visit a public bathroom, you usually find a line of women, so you smile politely and take your place. Once its your turn, you check for feet under the stall doors. Every stall is occupied. Finally, a door opens and you dash in, nearly knocking down the woman leaving the stall. You get in to find the door wont latch. It doesnt matter, the wait has been so long you are about to wet your pants! The dispenser for the modern seat cover s (invented by someones Mom, no doubt) is handy, but empty. You would hang your purse on the door hook, if there was one, but there isnt - so you carefully, but quickly drape it around your neck, (Mom would turn over in her grave if you put it on the FLOOR! ), yank down your pants, and assume The Stance. In this position your aging, toneless thigh muscles begin to shake. Youd love to sit down, but you certainly hadnt taken time to wipe the seat or lay toilet paper on it, so you hold The Stance. To take your mind off your trembling thighs, you reach for what you discover to be the empty toilet paper dispenser. In your mind, you can hear your mothers voice saying, Honey, if you had tried to clean the seat, you would have KNOWN there was no toilet paper! Your thighs shake more. You remember the tiny tissue that you blew your nose on yesterday - the one thats still in your purse. (Oh yeah, the purse around your neck, that now, you have to hold up trying not to strangle yourself at the same time). That would have to do. You crumple it in the puffiest way possible. Its still smaller than your thumbnail Someone pushes your door open because the latch doesnt work. The door hits your purse, which is hanging around your neck in front of your chest, and you and your purse topple backward against the tank of the toilet. Occupied! you scream, as you reach for the door, dropping your precious, tiny, crumpled tissue in a puddle on the floor, lose your footing altogether, and slide down directly onto the TOILET SEAT ... It is wet of course. You bolt up, knowing all too well that its too late.. Your bare bottom has made contact with every imaginable germ and life form on the uncovered seat because YOU never laid down toilet paper - not that there was any, even if you had taken time to try. You know that your mother would be utterly appalled if she knew, because, youre certain her bare bottom never touched a public toilet seat because, frankly, dear, You just dont KNOW what kind of diseases you could get. By this time, the automatic sensor on the back of the toilet is so confused that it flushes, propelling a stream of water like a fire hose against the inside of the bowl that sprays a fine mist of water that covers your butt and runs down your legs and into your shoes. The flush somehow sucks everything down with such force that you grab onto the empty toilet paper dispenser for fear of being dragged in too. At this point, you give up. Youre soaked by t he spewing water and the wet toilet seat. Youre exhausted. You try to wipe with a gum wrapper you found in your pocket and then slink out inconspicuously to the sinks. You cant figure out how to operate the faucets with the automatic sensors, so you wipe your hands with spit and a dry paper towel and walk past the line of women still waiting. You are no longer able to smile politely to them. A kind soul at the very end of the line points out a piece of toilet paper trailing from your shoe.. (Where was that when you NEEDED it??) You yank the paper from your shoe, plunk it in the womans hand and tell her warmly, Here, you just might need this. As you exit, you spot your hubby, who has long since entered, used, and left the mens restroom. Annoyed, he asks, What took you so long, and why is your purse hanging around your neck? This is dedicated to women everywhere who deal with a public restrooms (rest??? youve GOT to be kidding!!). It finally explains to the men what really does take us so long. It also answers their other commonly asked questions about why women go to the restroom in pairs. Its so the other gal can hold the door, hang onto your purse and hand you Kleenex under the door!
Answer: Yes, my Mom was the 'squatter' over the toilet champ. I learned from the best.

Answer: i am feeling really sorry for you (in a good way). It is true that the only thing you ca get out of this is a lesson. Learn to never repeat you're mistake again. Talk to someone close to you about it, you're mum or someone...trust me it will feel better when you open up :) and talk to the other girls who did it,ask them how they feel and all. It was pretty embarassing what you did...but look at it with a smile and have no regrets :) also,IF I WERE YOU, i would'nt talk any longer to that other friend who must have laughed her head off when you were their naked...and she is still not sorry ....o_O anyway i hope i helped, have a great day, natalie.

What are you waiting for, youve got the scientific consensus, according to most polls?

most of the global population is behind you, and here you sit on YA answers complaining that some people dont believe? Id like to help you guys reset the system and put an end to AGW. There arent enough of us deniers to stop you from changing the world. Lets name April 2011 as the month humanity put an end to AGW. This will give you all atleast a month to prepare. I think it would only take a couple days but an entire month would shake the very foundation of humanity. Plan on becoming a hermit for the entire month of April. Beginning April 1st 2011 turn the power breaker off, this is step 1, the immediate decrease in demand is going to send shock waves throughout the world. This would be enough to wake people up but we are also going to stop going to work, stop driving, stop everything! Its not going to be long before the deniers start wondering what the hell is going on and what happened to everyone? The major hurdle will be getting the word out. We can call it Take our Planet back month or something like that? Thank you thor, my bad I didnt know everything was already under control.
Answer: That's funny. But they don't want to actually fix the problem. If they did, they wouldn't be on the internet burning untold amounts of hydrocarbons. They would not post these self serving "deniers are so stupid" questions that are stored on some server somewhere, and burning yet more hydrocarbons to store it. They wouldn't have purchased a PC built in China and delivered to them upon a long trail of more burnt hydrocarbons. If they believed in this AGW horsesqueeze, they would be living in a tepee, hunting and gathering their food, and wearing animal skins for warmth. Truly the only way to bring your carbon footprint to zero. But they do live in their Mama's basement, and seeing how much time some of them spend here, they are quite unemployable. So I guess that lowers the footprint, somewhat.

in your case? Please read on.....its little long but worthwhile. The Stranger - So true! A while ago, my Dad met a stranger who was new to our small town. From the beginning, Dad was fascinated with this enchanting newcomer and soon invited him to live with our family. The stranger was quickly accepted and was around from then on. As I grew up, I never questioned his place in my family. In my young mind, he had a special niche. My parents were complementary instructors: Mom taught me good from evil, and Dad taught me to obey. But the stranger...he was our storyteller. He would keep us spellbound for hours on end with adventures, mysteries and comedies. If I wanted to know anything about politics, history or science, he always knew the answers about the past, understood the present and even seemed able to predict the future! He took my family to the first major league ball game. He made me laugh, and he made me cry. The stranger never stopped talking, but Dad didnt seem to mind. Sometimes, Mom would get up quietly while the rest of us were shushing each other to listen to what he had to say, and she would go to the kitchen for peace and quiet. (I wonder now if she ever prayed for the stranger to leave.) Dad ruled our household with certain moral convictions, but the stranger never felt obligated to honor them. Profanity, for example, was not allowed in our home... Not from us, our friends or any visitors. Our longtime visitor, however, got away with four-letter words that burned my ears and made my dad squirm and my mother blush. My Dad didnt permit the liberal use of alcohol. But the stranger encouraged us to try it on a regular basis. He made cigarettes look cool, cigars manly and pipes distinguished. He talked freely (much too freely!) about sex. His comments were sometimes blatant, sometimes suggestive, and generally embarrassing. I now know that my early concepts about relationships were influenced strongly by the stranger. Time after time, he opposed the values of my parents, yet he was seldom rebuked... And NEVER asked to leave. More than fifty years have passed since the stranger moved in with our family. He has blended right in and is not nearly as fascinating as he was at first. Still, if you could walk into my parents den today, you would still find him sitting over in his corner, waiting for someone to listen to him talk and watch him draw his pictures. His name?.... .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . We just call him TV. Note: This should be required reading for every household!) He has a wife now....We call her Computer. You know that your mother would be utterly appalled if she knew, because, youre certain her bare bottom never touched a public toilet seat because, frankly, dear, "You just dont know what kind of diseases you could get". By this time, the automatic sensor on the back of the toilet is so confused that it flushes, propelling a stream of water like a fire hose against the inside of the bowl that sprays a fine mist of water that covers your butt and runs down your legs and into your shoes. The flush somehow sucks everything down with such force that you grab onto the empty toilet paper dispenser for fear of being dragged in too At this point, you give up. Youre soaked by the spewing water and the wet toilet seat. Youre e-x-h-a-u-s-t-e-d. You try to wipe with a gum wrapper you found in your pocket and then slink out inconspicuously to the sinks. You cant figure out how to operate the faucets with the automatic sensors, .....so you wipe your hands with spit and a dry paper towel and walk past the line of women still waiting. You are no longer able to smile politely to them. A kind soul at the very end of the line points out a piece of toilet paper trailing from your shoe. (Where was that when you needed it??) You yank the paper from your shoe, plunk it in the womans hand and tell her warmly, "Here, you just might need this". As you exit, you spot your hubby, who has long since entered, used, and left the mens restroom. Annoyed, he asks, "What took you so long, and why is your purse hanging around your neck?" ................ This is dedicated to women everywhere who deal with a public restrooms (rest??? youve GOT to be kidding!!). It finally explains to the men what really does take us so long. It also answers their other commonly asked questions about why women go to the restroom in pairs. Its so the other gal can hold the door, hang onto your purse, and hand you Kleenex under the door! (: EDIT: Oh, >.< I thought of an embarrassing story but I can't exactly think of the longer version of it. When I was in the first grade ( I don't know how I still remember this; nor how this actually came to mind ) I would do my jumping jacks backwards. Like when I spread my legs I would put my hands on my side. When I clapped my legs together I would clap my hands above my head. Eventually people noticed and caught on. I had lots of people making fun of me including the coach. That's all I can really remember. But that was one of my first times being embarrassed that I can think of. (:

POLL: What political party are the workers and what political party are not?

A History Lesson Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter. The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups: 1. Liberals; and 2. Conservatives. Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. Thats how villages were formed. Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as the Conservative movement. Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Qs and doing the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement. Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as girliemen. Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided. Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass. Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare. Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasnt fair to make the pitcher also bat. Conservatives drink domestic beer. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, athletes, Marines, and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living. Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America. They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for nothing. Here ends todays lesson in world history: It should be noted that a Liberal may have a momentary urge to angrily respond to the above before forwarding it. A Conservative will simply laugh and be so convinced of the absolute truth of this history that it will be forwarded immediately to other true believers and to more liberals just to piss them off.
